Rock Star lives up to its megalomanical name, and understandably so considering its royal lineage. Growers familiar with Rock Star's ambitious stage father, Sensi Star, will be pleased with his offspring's ease of manicure, one influence of many attributed to its mother, Soma's heavy-hitting Rockbud.
This visually striking plant is densely branched and produces copious amounts of richly fragrant resin. A full-bodied smoke in terms of smell, taste and effect, this multi-talented bud transcends the usual heavy indica experience.
Germination: Soak the seeds overnight. Plant the seeds directly into small pots at a depth of 0,5cm (1/4 inch). Do not overwater!
Vegetate until 4-7 internodes.

The "Star" in RockStar is the multi-award-winning Sensi Star, a potent indica with a slighlty cerebral, sativa-influenced stone. This Star's "Rock" is not music-related, but rather the Soma A+ mother, which is often called "Rockbud" for its super-dense buds that offer no footholds for molds and pests. "Rockbud's" compact growth genes reign in Sensi's sativa-like branching, making RockStar easier to manicure than its papa plant. This RockStar combo is a good strain for beginners and delivers buds with a rhythm that any indica fan will gladly groove to.
Designed as an indoor variety, RockStar also works well in a sunny outdoor environment that allows 9 weeks of flowering before frost sets in. Growers in California have reported up to a one-pound yield from 6-foot (2-meter) tall plants. RockStar grows well indoors in a SOG set-up whether in hydro or in soil but given the space, it will produce well as a multi-branch plant. This strain shows her hardcore indica roots with typically fat leaves and chunky nugs. The glisten of trichomes is suitable for finger hash. Her pungent spicy fruit bouquet, a bit like a very ripe cinnamon pear, does not overpower the room during flowering. By harvest this visually striking plant is draped in crystal snow.
